Does insurance cover my exam?
Do you accept all payment types?
We currently participate with United Healthcare Vision, Davis Vision (Boeing & GE), BCBS FEP Vision, and Medicare. Should you have a different vision insurance or medical insurance provider, we will provide all the necessary documentation needed to seek reimbursement.
Can I get a same-day appointment?
We accept payment in cash, credit/debit card, and non-contact payments, like Apple Pay. For credit/debit cards, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept HSA/FSA.
I'm having issues with my prescription.
What should I do?
Absolutely! If you need a same day appointment, please email us at chestnuthilleyecare@gmail.com or call the office at (617) 485 - 4472. You can also check our appointment availability here. We are always happy to see same-day appointments or walk-in appointments to ensure your vision needs are met!
Don't fret! Our goal is to always to provide clear, comfortable vision in your glasses and/or contact lenses. After trying out your prescription for a few days, if you are still experiencing issues, please email us at chestnuthilleyecare@gmail.com or call the office at (617) 485 - 4472 to schedule a follow-up appointment to refine your prescription.
